Are our prices competitive?
YES!!

Do you have everything in stock?
We carry a very large inventory of Supplies for  your Copier, Fax, Laser and Ink Jet Printers and,  with few exceptions, we do have what you need, in stock.  However, if for some reason we do not have what you need in stock you will be notified immediately.  Additionally, if you can not find what you are looking for on our website, please contact us at 888-876-6465 or by email at customerservice@tonersuppliesonline.com and we will locate what you need within 24 hours.
 
After I order,  how long does it take to get my order?
Your order will be shipped to you the same day you place your order, if  your  order is received by us before 3:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time.  However, if for some reason we are unable to ship your order, we will notify you to let you know by telephone or by email.

Is my credit card information safe and secure?
YES! You can make your purchases with peace of mind.  Our web site is secure and to make sure your personal information is safe we do not store it as other companies do, and for that reason we ask that you fill out your credit card information each and every time you make a purchase.  Additionally,  our shopping cart is in compliance with Payment Card Industry Guidelines.
 
Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?
YES!
 
What is your return policy?
If  by chance you receive a defective cartridge (we don't expect that to happen) we will send you a new one immediately.   To receive a replacement cartridge please contact us at customerservice@tonersuppliesonline.com or call us at 888-876-6465.  After we receive your correspondence we will send you detailed information about receiving your replacement cartridge and how to return the defective cartridge to us.  If you need to return your purchase for any other reason, you may do so up to 30 days after the date of your purchase.  Your purchase must be returned in a saleable condition with the original packaging, including manuals, parts, your receipt and or packing slip.
